How it works
Having selected the items you wish to purchase, continue to the checkout process. Select ‘Click & Collect’ as your desired ‘Delivery Method’ and choose the most convenient collection point for you based on your Town or Postcode, then proceed to make payment of your goods.
Following completion of your order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email with full details of your purchase, including your chosen collection location.
When will my item be delivered?
Once you have placed your order, it usually takes between 2 – 3 working days for the items to be ready for collection (*subject to stock availability). You will receive tracking updates from the courier service, once your order arrives the Professional in the shop will also give you a call to let you know your order is ready to collect. If you haven't heard anything within 5 working days please get in touch with us directly.
In the event that your whole order is in stock with Pro Shop directly, you will be able to pick up this order immediately. You will receive an email notifying you if this is the case. In this instance, your delivery charge of £2.99 will be refunded if your order value was £29.99 or under.
Your Order is Ready for Collection
Once your order has arrived you should receive a notification from the courier service and also a phone call from the Professional in the shop. (If you receive neither and are getting concerned about the status of your order please get in touch with us directly).
PLEASE REMEMBER to bring your ‘Confirmation Email’ and proof of identification when collecting in store. We recommend that you contact your chosen professional to arrange a convenient date & time for you to collect your order.
How long do I have to collect my order?
If you haven't collected your order within 7 days of your order being delivered then we will attempt to get in touch with you to remind you of your purchase. If another 7 days pass, we will have to return your goods to our warehouse, whereby we will attempt to get in touch to make further arrangements.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can collect on your behalf. However, they will need to bring in the following:
What if I arrive to collect my order and I don't want it anymore?
If you come to collect your order and for any reason you wish to return it, e.g. item doesn't fit, product is damaged or it isn't as expected, just let the shop staff know and they can arrange for our Customer Service Team to process a refund for you or an exchange if you prefer. Please leave the item/items in-store with the return slip completed and we will arrange collection from store. Once in receipt of your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. If you have chosen to exchange your item/items, these will be delivered directly back to the store and you will be notified when the item/items are ready for collection.
Please note that we are unable to refund any Click & Collect orders directly in store.
